2. Images/Videos: When you use the character generation feature, your uploaded images or videos are transmitted via encrypted channels to our servers for processing. Original materials are automatically deleted within 7 days after processing; only generated results are retained.
3. Device Information: To ensure stable service operation, we automatically collect basic device information such as device model and OS version for compatibility adaptation and troubleshooting.

2. How We Store and Protect Your Information

1. Storage Location: Your personal information is stored on servers located in Singapore. Data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
2. Retention Period: Unless otherwise required by law, we retain your personal information only for the minimum period necessary to achieve service purposes. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 15 business days.
3. Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security technologies (including SSL encrypted transmission and encrypted data storage) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, damage, or loss.
